Make sure we’re a good fit – We’ll ask you a few questions to make sure we’re a good fit for you.
Explain our end-to-end process – How we can help you achieve your dream garden with our end-to-end service, including our detailed design process + our showroom + landscaping + maintenance.
Discuss time frames – Dates that suit your schedule and current time frames for the design and landscaping process.
Discuss your project budget – This will make sure the budget is best spent and always adding value to provide a quality end result. Our guidance is based on designing 500+ gardens in the last twenty years, meaning we have extensive experience of a large range of budgets and project requirements.
Confirm address and further details – After our introductory call we’ll send you an email to confirm your address to make sure we have an accurate location as well as further details such as your design brief and wish list, existing plans, topographical surveys and some photos of your garden. With this information we can prepare a tailored design fee for your project.
Book in a Proposal Presentation with Andy – On the call we’ll book in your Proposal Presentation meeting with Andy via Zoom. During this meeting Andy will answer any further questions you have, confirm the size of your garden, talk through an example project and the process and present your tailored design fee proposal to you.
